4 axles transport 80Tons hydraulic loading ramps lowbed trailer

The payload of this model is 80Tons, it is to transport heavy equipment like large transformers.

1. Lighter weight with higher strength: Our steel contains molybdenum alloy and vanadium alloy, so the beam strength, toughness and low temperature impact yield strength are increased to 820MPa, the tensile strength is increased to 920MPa. The weight of the trailer is reduced by 200kg, so it can carry more cargo when it is fully loaded, and save more fuel when it is empty.

2. Durability: Antimony alloy, nickel alloy and copper alloy are added to our steel, which has the advantages of acid resistance, sulfur resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. Robustness: The front baffle is made of special steel, the yield strength is more than 1200MPa, and the impact resistance is  more than 4 times that of ordinary steel.

4. Advanced brake valve: Our valve can self-heating and will not reduce the braking effect due to cold weather, especially when the braking effect is very significant when going downhill; it can automatically drain and exhaust.
