Three axles air suspension 40000L fuel tanker trailer

This fuel tanker trailer has a volume of 40,000 liters with 3 axles and 4 compartments. Each compartment there is a manhole, a set of submarine valve and a set of discharge valve.

1. Advanced processing equipments like plasma cutting machine, plate splicing machine, plate rolling machine and laser cutting machine, can ensure trailers' quality.

2. Selecting quality materials, Q235 and Q345 can be chosen accordingly. The submerged arc welding automatic welding equipment are used greatly reducing manual welding, and welding defects, to improve welding quality.

3. Each vehicle will be taken with the tests of air tightness and water pressure.

4. Multiple needs can be satisfied, provided with two structrures of straight beam type and gooseneck type.

5. The box-type structure is used in the side beam to increase the strength of the tanker.
